Batteate Ranch

A Family Tradition

Batteate Ranch is the home of Albert and Allison Batteate and is “home ranch” to their cow/calf operation in Livermore, California.

The 65 acre ranch is also home to much wildlife, therefore a mitigation conservation easement is for sale. Abbie operates Batteate Livestock Transportation from the ranch as well.

Allison and her best friend, Teresa Valdez operate “Ranch Girls Cookin’”, a food concession during the Halloween Season at G&M Farms in Livermore.

A new endeavor for the ranch is Batteate BabyDolls, organic vegetation management using miniature sheep. At 24” tall at the shoulder, Old English Miniature BabyDoll Southdown Sheep are perfect for grazing between the rows in the vineyard.
